Rotary Club Names Teacher of the Month

Shannon Patterson, of Abney Elementary School, was recently selected of the Paulding County Rotary Club Teacher of the Month for March. She was honored at the monthly Board of Education meeting as well as at a breakfast with the Rotary Club.

She was presented with a trophy, check, and several other prizes.

"We at Abney Elementary are very proud of Shannon and all that she does for our students," said Scott Brock, Abney principal.
