Softball Hall of Famer Visits Paulding
Jason Kendrick visited the county ahead of two softball tournaments to be held later this year in Dallas.
Jason Kendrick, softball hall of famer, recently stopped by Paulding County to discuss two upcoming tournaments that will be coming to the county in 2012.
Kendrick, a member of the Men's Slow Pitch National Team (2009, 2010) and First-Team All American (1992, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2009), as well as a regional sales rep for COMbat Softball, met with Bill Slaughter of 29 Promotions, organizer of the upcoming 2012 Georgia Military and Public Safety Softball State Championships that will be held at in June and September, respectively. COMbat is the official bat of the tournaments and will be awarded to winning teams.

Kendrick and his wife Melissa have a son, Kason, and recently relocated to the Athens area.
