Athlete of the Week: Terrell Hannah

Every Thursday, Dallas-Hiram Patch will select a high school athlete who exceeded expectations on the field of play.

When starting running back Kamani Thomas left Friday’s game with a foot injury, Terrell Hannah jumped in and the offense didn’t miss a beat. For this, Hannah is the Dallas-Hiram Patch Athlete of the Week.

Hannah, a senior at , rushed for 115 yards on 12 carries after filling in on offense. He’s also a starter on defense and recorded four tackles and one assist against South Paulding.

East Paulding defensive coordinator Ben Stready was impressed with the effort from Hannah playing on both sides of the ball last week. “This young man stepped up when his team needed him and never once complained about having to go both ways.”
