East Paulding Rolls Over Paulding County
The Raiders of East Paulding High School scored all 49 of their points in the first half as they dominated their rivals from Paulding County High School.
The Raiders wasted little time in asserting their dominance against the Patriots of . The Raiders defense kept the Patriots backed up for most of the first half, and East Paulding senior running back Terrell Hannah lead the offense with two rushing touchdowns in the first half.
Senior wideout Andrej Suttles pulled down a 46-yard touchdown pass from sophomore quarterback Mitchell Webb. Sutttles' younger brother, junior Lorenz Suttles, then recovered an errant backwards pass by the Patriots for another Raider touchdown.
Senior Harold Knowden also scored a touchdown on a well-executed reverse around the left side of the Patriots defense.

The lone score of the first half for Paulding County High School came on a 71-yard TD run by Carl Edouard late in the first half.
With the win, East Paulding High School has now tied the overall series record with Paulding County High School at 6-6. Paulding County High School dominated the series early, winning the first six games but East Paulding High School has held the edge in the last six matchups.
