Friday Football Preview: Raiders Travel to Northgate

East Paulding (10-1) at Northgate (11-0) – In tonight’s matchup of top 10 teams, , Region 5-AAAA’s No. 2 seed and eighth-ranked state team, travels to Northgate, Region 3-AAAA’s No. 1 seed and the state’s sixth-ranked team. The Raiders thrive on defense; holding nine teams this season to single digits in scoring and posting four shutouts. Northgate scores, and it does so seemingly at will. The Vikings have surpassed 40 points in three of their last four games and six times this season. Kickoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. at Henry Seldon Field in Newnan, Ga.
