The largest technical college in the state came to be when Appalachian, Chattahoochee and North Metro technical colleges merged under the Chattahoochee Tech name in 2009. The school serves six counties with its eight campuses in north central Georgia. Featured programs on the Paulding Campus are Practical Nursing, business programs, Early Childhood Care and Education, adult education (including GED testing) and General Studies.
