Would never recommend to my worst enemy!!! the people here are rude and don't care about there customers I've been coming here for years and have dealt with the same gentleman.Well this time when I took in my laptop the staff was different my wife asked where the gentleman was that we normally seen in the store and they told us he was not there anymore because he did things to cheap. we spilled a drink on the laptop like we did the last time but this time it was 200.00 to fix it rather than 75.00 like it was the last time.Now don't get me wrong if they had to replace more things I understand but what really gets to me is that it took 2 months to fix, they lost our paperwork and our number, they also lost my charger that came with it and denied even taking it in. I will not give anymore business to this company ever again CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
