I went into this business to get a Silver Wash and came out with having to get my passenger window repaired for $309.96. The Manager (Mark) told me that the cleaners lower the windows to clean the windows. This is not posted in the business at all. When this was done on my car, a 2001 Cadillac Deville, the window went down into the door. I did not witness this, nor did the Manager (Mark). Mark had one of his techs look at the door to see if he could get it back up so I could have it looked at. Well after 2.5 hours, they could not accomplish the task and I was asked to come back on Sunday to have someone else look at it. After another 2 hours on Sunday, still a no go. So on Monday 11-21-2011, I went into Cadillac to have repaired, they said the regulator was damaged, not bad, but DAMAGED. After a complaint with the BBB, the owner (Keith) has a dont care attitude and is not willing to reimburse me for the damage caused to my window while my car wash in their hands. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
