Sunset Motel is easy to find and hard to leave. The 35-year-old motel has a major presence because it is within walking distance to surrounding businesses. Most of the motel's occupants have made it their home. In fact, most days the 13-room motel only has three rooms available to book. Less is better for those who stay there. For $40 dollars a night or $160 a week, one can book a room with cable television.
