Last Chance: Military Academy Day
Sign up by Monday at 5 p.m. to get a hands-on demonstration of military opportunities and learn about applying for and attending one of the military service academies.
Teens can learn all about the five U.S. service academies and how to apply to attend them during the annual Military Academy Day at Dobbins Air Reserve Base on May 12. The free event is aimed at eighth- to 12th-graders who are interested in attending the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Military Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy or U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. “I am pleased to once again host this unique opportunity for Georgia students to learn about our nation’s military academies,” said Sen.
