The Paulding Chamber of Commerce has announceed that Kennesaw State University Athletic Director Vaughn Williams will be the guest speaker for the Feb. 7, Georgia Power Luncheon.

The Paulding Chamber of Commerce has announceed that Kennesaw State University Athletic Director Vaughn Williams will be the guest speaker for the Feb. 7, Georgia Power Luncheon. Williams is only the second athletic director in the school’s history and oversees Kennesaw State’s 14 NCAA division 1 men’s and women’s sports programs. He received his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts and his master’s degree in Administrative Studies from Boston College. He was a four-year letterman in football at UMass. Williams will talk about exciting plans for Kennesaw State’s athletic program that will add a whole new dimension to the university! Former UGA Coach Dooley Speaking at Luncheon Thursday

The Paulding Chamber of Commerce is hosting the UGA notable at its Georgia Power Luncheon.

Bulldogs fans better get their tickets while they last. Longtime University of Georgia head football coach and athletic director Vince Dooley will serve as the keynote speaker at Thursday’s Georgia Power Luncheon put on by the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce at the Paulding County Senior Center. Dooley recently authored History and Reminiscences of the University of Georgia. With the help of artist Steve Penley, the book sketches UGA history from its beginnings in the late 18th century through the end of 2011. Dooley’s presentation will focus on the university’s history and his time in Athens. He’ll also be signing copies of his book at the event. Lockhart: ‘Moderate Growth’ in Economy Possible

Dennis Lockhart, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta, presented his financial outlook during Thursday’s Georgia Power Luncheon in Dallas.

Though challenges and potential risks still exist, the president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta told locals Thursday that the U.S. economy has improved over the last three or four years and has made “substantial progress toward resilience.” Dennis Lockhart served as the keynote speaker at Thursday’s Paulding Chamber of Commerce’s Georgia Power Luncheon. His address focused mainly on his personal views and outlook on the economy. Bank President To Speak at Luncheon Thursday

Dennis P. Lockhart, president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, will serve as the keynote speaker at Thursday’s Georgia Power Luncheon in Dallas.

A key economic policymaker from the Southeast will provide his views about monetary policy in an economic outlook speech Thursday in Dallas. Paulding County Chamber of Commerce members, financial industry leaders and the public are invited to hear Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta President and CEO Dennis P. Lockhart at the Chamber’s Georgia Power Luncheon at the Paulding County Senior Center. Lockhart will field questions from the audience following his speech at the event, which begins at noon.
