A Douglasville teen was arrested Friday afternoon after a domestic dispute on Hart Rd., involving shots reportedly fired. Ryan Conner Hembree, 19, is charged with three counts of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, possession of a firearm during a crime attempt, possession of an illegal firearm and theft by receiving stolen property and remains in a Paulding County Jail, according to arrest records. The complainant told Paulding County Sheriff's authorities that the suspect drove by her residence and shot several times at her home on Hart Rd. An incident on Hart Road in Dallas led to the lockdown of a nearby school Friday. According to Paulding Schools Associate Superintendent Brian Otott, Allgood Elementary was placed on lockdown due to activity involving the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s Office spokesman Ashley Henson told Dallas-Hiram Patch that a domestic dispute at a Hart Road address led to gunshots being fired.
