C. Mark Willix has been fortunate to experience the historic changes in the Real Estate industry coinciding with the global economic downturn of 2008. He feels fortunate because he has been on the leading edge of learning and adapting to an ever changing market. Licensed by the state of Georgia in 2005, he is proud of his success in spite of the times. Moving into the second half of his first decade in Real Estate, Mark is sharing his successes and lessons learned with new and established agents. As a founding partner of Maximum One Realty Greater Atlanta he has recruited over two dozen agents to the company. In March 2013, Mark formed his own sales team within Maximum One Realty. The Willix Realty Group is lead by Mark with his brother Tyler Willix serving as Administrative Assistant while he completes his licensing requirements. Mark is scheduled to sit for the Georgia State Broker's License Exam in mid March and is a member of the faculty of Georgia Real Estate Academy. He lives with his partner James and their six furry children in rural West GA. When not assisting clients you can usually find Mark on a karaoke stage.
