Leslie Austin Director

Leslie Austin has been a fitness instructor/trainer and director with Gold's Gym since 1994.  She was named one of the top three fitness directors in the United States by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and holds several industry recognition awards for her work with Group Fitness.  She was a founding member of the award winning group fitness team at Gold's Gym.    

Leslie holds fitness and professional certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Body Training Systems (BTS).   

Leslie grew up in Douglasville and graduated with honors from Lithia Springs High School.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and a Master's of Education Degree from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton.  Leslie was a high school and collegiate athlete and is still  involved in athletics by coaching and mentoring local youth teams.    Leslie married Jeff Austin in 1996 and they have three children Hannah (15), Emily (13) and Sam (7).
