Paulding Restaurant Scores: Dallas Eatery asked to Voluntarily Close Following Failing Score

A Dallas-area restaurant was asked to voluntarily close by health inspectors after failing for the second time in three inspections. The restaurant was due a hearing on March 5.

Crossroads Sports Grill was cited for 15 violations, and was given a score of 56/U by the Paulding County Health Department. Three of the violations concerned known risk factors for food borne illnesses.

The restaurant scored a 41 and a 78 in December.
